at Church on the Move
Students pursuing an Associate’s Degree through SEU at COTM will simultaneously complete the NEXT Internship—an intensive, hands-on practicum of their choice in a specific area of ministry. The NEXT Internship will help prepare participants for their next step in ministry through a year of focused training, spiritual growth, and intentional leadership opportunities. Students will acquire practicum credits while getting to work alongside our team of seasoned ministry leaders whose greatest passion is to develop others' unique gifts and talents.
Get Approved
Interested students must fill out the application for SEU at COTM and undergo an interview process with the Site representatives.

Apply Online
Once accepted, the next step in the admission process is to complete your SEU application using the convenient online application.
Once completed, your admission counselor will give you additional steps to complete, such as letters of recommendation, essays, etc. Your admission counselor can also answer specific questions regarding your admission status and any incomplete steps.
Take Classes
All courses are taken at the SEU at COTM campus digitally through the online program of Southeastern University.
Associate of Ministerial Leadership
The Associate in Ministerial Leadership allows students to build, refine, and expand their ministry skills while ensuring a broad, robust foundation in theology, the Bible, spiritual development, church ministry, leadership principles, and ecclesiastical operations. All courses are transferable into Southeastern’s Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership.
Associate of General Education
The Associate of Arts (AA) degree includes the core learning components and competencies commonly accepted as foundational for a four-year baccalaureate degree by many colleges and universities. The AA degree is designed for students who desire recognition for completing the two-year prescribed curriculum. Because many bachelor degrees require specific prerequisites, students should verify how their AA degree and classes transfer into the intended degree.
